What we look for
A person who is able to demonstrate that he/she has something positive to contribute to the channel as a
whole. We look for people who:
have been #PartyChat regulars for at least 6 months.
understand and practice the channel rules.
have a sound knowlege of IRC and network commands.
have strong communication and teamwork skills.
are able to provide a consistant commitment of time and effort on #PartyChat.
have a friendly, outgoing personality and a willingness to greet and help serve ALL visitors.
Those who ask for ops (op beggars) almost immediately disqualify themselves as candidates. However, it is
not unreasonable for a long time regular on the channel to request ops. We invite those people to email a
#PartyChat op with a request to be considered for aops. We do not give ops to non-regulars.
